Do you often feel overwhelmed?  Are you exhausted at the end of the day?

Have you ever said, "I need to get a life!"?   How Is the life you're living the abundant life Jesus described?  Do you wonder how you can follow Jesus' command to "feed my sheep" and not lose your self in the process?

In this class we'll explore 1) how God is present in our choices about time, 2) what life would be like without the feeling of being overwhelmed -- and discover how to make the choices that will move you from overwhelm to a-h-h-h....

As a result of this class, you can expect to begin experiencing the valuable results of

Participants in this teleclass will receive a worksheet prior to the class and 30 minutes of complimentary coaching from the leader at a mutually-agreed-upon time after the class.

  L. Cecile Adams has been coaching in the areas of leadership, careers and relationships since 1998.

Cecile has led workshops and seminars on coaching for Christian Educators, non-profit organizations, people working with abused children, and the general public.  She edited Coaching By the Book, a premier resource for Christian coaches, and is the co-author of A New Direction for Leadership:  A Guidebook for Coaching in the Church. 

A retired diaconal minister in the United Methodist Church, Cecile has served on several conference staffs, including four years as Council Director for the Detroit Conference. She has worked with the Intentional Growth Center at Lake Junaluska, North Carolina – a conference center for the United Methodist Church -- in developing distance learning pilot projects

As a personal and business coach, Cecile works through the company she established:  Creative Coaching Center.

Prerequisite:  Artful Action 1

Class 2 will be a follow-up session to Artful Action.  It will focus on assisting participants in evaluating the results of the desired change(s) which they identified in the first class, and determining the next step in living more intentionally and artfully as Christians in ministry.
